Alice Kinsella makes her international senior debut at Stuttgart World Cup

Following a very successful Espoir and Junior career in Gymnastics, first year senior gymnast, Alice Kinsella from Park Wrekin Gymnastics club in Telford made her international senior début at the 2017 Stuttgart World Cup this weekend, where she competed against some of the world’s best gymnasts.

As the new Olmpic cycle dawns, Stuttgart offered these gymnasts the chance to test themselves against some of the best female competitors in the world ahead of the European Championships in April, and October’s World Championships.

An Olympian-packed field returned to international competition as 15 top flight gymnasts went for gold at the 2017 Stuttgart World Cup in Germany. It is the second of three competitions in the FIG’s 2017 All-around World Cup series.

Alice did have some unfortunate falls but she competed many new elements ready for this Olympic cycle. She performed with great style at her first senior competition. The World Cup in Stuttgart is really a baptism of fire with all the Olympians competing and Alice showed her potential amongst the worlds best.
