Continue basic Gymnastics at Home during Lockdown!

It was not the news we hoped for, but unfortunately our Gym has be closed for a third Lockdown! Emails will be sent to all our members over the coming days with details regarding fees, training tips, competitions and videos to keep you busy. We really appreciate all your support and look forward to welcoming you back very soon

In the meantime, we are creating a short series of videos explaining how to correctly stretch and work on gymnastics at home during lockdown. These are designed by Head of Beginners, Rec and Advanced, Claudia who encourages all our gymnasts to keep up their fitness during this lockdown period.

In this video, a gymnasts demonstrates the best ways to stretch out the Bridge, and is aimed at Beginners and Recreational gymnasts! Practise these stretches and improve your bridge ready for when we get back to work in the gym!
