Park Wrekin Gymnastics Club offers Gymnastics sessions for schools in our new, fully equipped Gymnasium, every Thursday morning – we offer a specialist gymnastics coach if required. These classes are offered to schools from anywhere in the UK, who are interested providing their students with greater insight into the sport of gymnastics as part of their Physical Education (this is not restricted to the Telford & Wrekin area where we are located).
Park Wrekin Gymnastics Club’s brand new gymnasium was fully renovated and newly equipped at a cost of over £200,000 and has the capacity to simultaneously train over 100 gymnasts, seven days per week. Our gymnasium has only the very best training aids and equipment. All our equipment was been supplied by Gymnova, an international company with a worldwide reputation for quality, durability and safety.
We cater for all ages and abilities, from Reception through to School Leavers and can provide sessions for disabled children – there is ramp access to the hall and a lift from the foyer. Park Wrekin have experience in teaching Disability Gymnastics, with a great number of coaches qualified to do so.
We offer gymnastics sessions with the aid of a fully qualified gymnastics coach who can deliver a complete structured session for your students – complete with a warm-up, use of all the apparatus and a healthy cool down. Our Gym Hall can be hired with or without a qualified Gymnastics Coach. With the presence of a specialist coach for just £20 extra, all equipment can be utilised completely so students can take as much from their session as possible.
For hall hire, without a specialist coach the rate per hour is £50.
For hall hire, with a specialist coach to lead the class, the rate per hour is £70
