Park Wrekin Gymnastics Club is looking for two part time Receptionists to cover the following times, starting in September.
Monday – Friday 3pm – 7.30pm & Saturday & Sunday 8.30am-1.30pm – these hours can be job share
This is the first point of contact at the gym and we are looking for a well organised, and approachable team member to receive all visitors and gymnasts.
Duties and responsibilities include:-
Welcoming all visitors and members at reception.
Managing daily registers for classes
Handling payments – Receiving payments for classes and ensuring receipts are given.
Management of all general enquiries including :- email/telephone/social media -facebook etc. Respond/action/follow up
Update, maintain and manage waiting lists – liaising with Coaches at all times
Manage all party bookings from enquiry through to booking and follow up – including deposit/payment. Liaising with staff for arrangements on day of party.
